Responsibilities
- Assist guests and owners reputed company phone and email with vacation rental inquiries, bookings, and modifications.

- Resolve concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain and update property availability across reputed company booking channels (OTAs, extranets, etc.).
- Audit reservations from OTAs and internal systems for accuracy.

- Manage holds, blocks, and promotional inventory for upcoming seasons.
- Support yield management strategies to maximize occupancy and reputed company.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on rental performance, income distribution, and channel analytics.
- Assist with month-end closing and forecasting.
- Promote ancillary services (travel insurance, transportation) to enhance guest experiences.
- Generate leads and schedule tours by offering promotional packages.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Sales on cancellations, reschedules, and special offers.
- Ensure reputed company OTAs adhere to company policies and reputed company structures.
- Document guest interactions and reservation details in property management software.
- Identify and reputed company new distribution channels to expand reputed company.
- Support reputed company Relations and reputed company teams with inventory or payment discrepancies.
