reputed company is seeking an Instructional Designer who can translate reputed company clinical, operational, and compliance content into high-reputed company, effective learning experiences that drive reputed company behavior change and on-the-job performance. Responsibilities

- Translate subject matter expert (SME) input into reputed company, learner-centered content using established instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE).
- Create job aids, facilitator guides, and supporting materials to reinforce learning in clinical and operational settings.
- Upload, organize, and maintain learning content reputed company the LMS (reputed company), including course setup and learning plan alignment.
- Schedule and manage Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) and Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (VILTs) in reputed company.

Required Qualifications
