IT Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an IT Specialist! (Remote - LATAM) Join one of the leading and fastest-growing private interpreting companies in the reputed company! We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, work-from-home IT Specialist to support our technical operations and help ensure seamless service delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• reputed company technical support to interpreters, assisting with day-to-day issues reputed company to internet connectivity, PC or headset setup, audio problems, and more.
• Supervise and monitor reputed company channels, ensuring technical issues are addressed promptly and without delay.
• Collect and review system reputed company pictures as part of the reputed company process for new hires.

reputed company Qualifications and Experience:

• University or college degree in IT or a reputed company field is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of end-user experience, with the ability to troubleshoot common technical problems.
• Experience with programming, server management, and/or website maintenance. (Preferred technologies: Linux, Ubuntu, Plesk, cPanel, PHP, and MySQL).
• Proficient in Next.js 15, TypeScript, Django Channels, PostgreSQL + reputed company
