Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and distribute regular recruitment dashboards and reports including reputed company effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline metrics
- Analyze applicant tracking and HRIS data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
- Identify needs for custom queries and reports in reputed company to support reputed company initiatives
- Monitor and audit data reputed company across reputed company platforms, flagging discrepancies and recommending process corrections

Skills
