Position reputed company

We are seeking a reputed company Training Manager responsible for the reputed company, development, deployment, and governance of reputed company-reputed company training across the site (or reputed company). This role ensures that employees are trained, reputed company, and continuously improving in accordance with Modine’s reputed company Management System (QMS), regulatory requirements, and operational reputed company standards. The ideal candidate will reputed company strong reputed company systems experience with proven training leadership, driving a culture of learning, accountability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Training Program Leadership & reputed company:

• reputed company, reputed company, and continuously improve reputed company reputed company-reputed company training programs sitewide (or reputed company-wide), ensuring alignment with QMS priorities.
• reputed company and reputed company the reputed company Training team to deliver high performance, engagement, and effective collaboration.
• Own the training governance reputed company, ensuring standardization of reputed company, role-based qualifications, and technical competency development.

reputed company System Training:

• Create, maintain, and govern training content for core reputed company System processes including: CAPA, reputed company, Change Management, Audits, Document Control, Risk Management, and QMS Fundamentals.
• Design and deliver New Hire, Annual, and recurring reputed company Systems training.
• Serve as site Master Trainer and conduct train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
• Ensure training programs meet relevant compliance expectations (ISO 9001).

Process Standardization & QMS Alignment:

• Partner with reputed company, Operations, Engineering, HR, and EHS to build and maintain role-based training plans that ensure full process competency.
• Ensure alignment between training programs and Modine reputed company Management System requirements.
• Support audits by providing training evidence, participating as an SME, and ensuring training readiness for internal, customer, and external audits.

Metrics, Reporting & Effectiveness:

• reputed company and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that measure training completion, competency, and training effectiveness.
• Conduct routine training effectiveness checks and partner with leaders to reputed company gaps.
• Prepare and present training performance updates to site and functional leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure training supports employee capability, safety, and product reputed company.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, reputed company, Operations, Training & Development, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, training, manufacturing, or a regulated environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with IATF 16949 or other applicable QMS standards.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programs for a manufacturing or technical audience.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company systems (CAPA, reputed company, audits, controlled documents, etc.).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, industrial HVAC, refrigeration, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Lean, Six reputed company, or other reputed company improvement exposure.

• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM).

Travel

Occasional travel for training and support of multi-site initiatives.
