This role focuses on managing traditional L&D training development reputed company—from concept through delivery—working closely with instructional designers, learning program leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, including digital, virtual, and instructor‑led assets.
• Partner with instructional designers, learning program managers, and vendors to bring learning concepts to life.
• Ensure new learning experiences are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and with consistent reputed company.

Plan, Coordinate & Execute

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
• 4+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in learning or creative environments.
• Experience managing the development of learning solutions across multiple formats:
  • eLearning
  • Video
  • Virtual and classroom training
  • Simulations, games, or nudges
• Strong ability to manage aggressive timelines with accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
