Core Job Duties

• Manage a queue of inquiries/requests/reputed company in support of the Defined HR team/clients. • Identify legal and governmental reporting regulations affecting HR practices and ensuring that customer policies, procedures and processes are in compliance.

• Draft customer position descriptions and employee handbooks; participate in reputed company meetings for reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in multi-jurisdictional HR compliance.
• Proven effective oral and written communications skills.
