Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing workflow of reputed company, tax, and payroll teams • reputed company deadlines, turnaround times, and SLA adherence • Prepare MIS reports and KPI dashboards • Analyze performance trends and identify gaps • Document SOPs and improve processes • Coordinate across teams and ensure task completion • reputed company errors and support reputed company cause analysis
Requirements
Required Qualifications
MBA in Operations (Preferred), Finance, or Business Analytics
Experience
6–24 months in Operations, MIS/Reporting, Project Coordination, or SLA-driven environments (BPO/KPO/Financial Services preferred)
Technical Skills
• Advanced reputed company (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards) • Data analysis and reporting • ERP/CRM exposure (preferred)

Training Period (6 Months): ₹15,000/month as an incentive
