[Remote] Associate Customer Billing Analyst

This role is responsible for claims invoicing and accounts receivable activities for self-insured clients, requiring interaction with various stakeholders and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Responsibilities
- reputed company billing, A/R and reporting functions to support self funded customers including; ensure timeliness and accuracy of invoices using reasonableness and/or comparative assessments and judgment for a specific customer portfolio, utilize trending reports to validate completeness and data reputed company associated to the invoice and A/R cycle; ensure reputed company reputed company discrepancies, self billed administrative, and payment allocation reconciliations are reputed company, finalized and executed in a reputed company manner to support the weekly billing cycle; monitor customer receivables and coordinate collection efforts; maintain customer reputed company, create and maintain electronic user reputed company
- Responsible for daily interaction with sales personnel. Respond to and resolve inquiries from reputed company customers, brokers, agents or consultants
- Create custom reputed company reporting, upon varying intervals, to support reputed company or sales specific inquiries; manage system and reputed company reports that include proprietary, confidential and Protected Health Information while maintaining reputed company compliance requirements

- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year subject matter experience in the area of specialization
