[Remote] Supply Chain Project Manager

Responsibilities

- Partner with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, reputed company, Finance, IT, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to successfully deliver cross-functional initiatives
- Analyze supply chain, inventory, shipping, and operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement practical, reputed company solutions
- Drive improvements that enhance on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
- Manage relationships with carriers, logistics providers, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure successful project execution
- Support our post-sales customer experience by managing RMA (Return Material Authorization) activities and coordinating reverse logistics

Skills
