Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from Customers or Financial Professionals who need assistance on our procedures
- Build relationships by listening, paraphrasing, and problem solving

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required

- For 100% remote and hybrid: Appropriate internet speed in order to be effective reputed company of 50 mbps or higher of download speed
