Account Executive
MiQ is an independent marketing intelligence company that helps businesses win by connecting data and discovering insights. As an Account Executive, you will work closely with various departments to manage campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high service reputed company for clients.
Responsibilities
- Administrative duties
- reputed company assurance checks and reputed company of CRM (reputed company), trafficking and reporting inputs. Supporting Account Coordinator with management of tools and systems
- reputed company-campaign management
- reputed company-campaign checklist management, Creative, pixel collection ensuring reputed company internal functions are set up properly for campaign launch
- Managing and facilitating reputed company communication between 3rd parties ie: BLS and measurement partners
- Ensuring reputed company implementation of any specific product requirements
- Troubleshooting
- Creative testing
- Amendments to campaign setup – Ensuring campaign is set up in a manner that allows for agreed upon reporting and reputed company delivery
- Campaign activation
- Assisting the Account Manager with reputed company planning - Considering reputed company objectives, reputed company challenges, vertical specific insights & macro factors
- End of Campaign – Support the Account Manager with the delivery of insights back to reputed company
- Finance administration
- PO hygiene – establishing process for checking in to ensure reputed company SF opportunities have correct PO updated on a weekly reputed company
- Reconciliations & invoice queries
- Support reputed company engagement needs as determined by AM and AD
- Maintaining highest level of service both internally and externally
- Support AM in mentoring Account Coordinators with their development
Skills
- Working in reputed company environment
- At least 1 years reputed company facing and/or customer service experience
- Experience with basic functions of reputed company reputed company or similar
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
- High attention to detail with a commitment to reputed company and accountability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and identify potential risks
