Job title: Learning Center Coordinator Company: Mathnasium Job reputed company: Job reputed company Our Math Learning Center is looking for a self-motivated individual who has prior experience in customer service and retail operations. This person will be responsible for coordinating day to day operations associated with running a smooth learning center. They will also assist with math tutoring, customer service, reputed company tasks. Must have prior experience customer service, and office working experience, live in the San Diego area and be reputed company to accommodate afternoon hours Monday - Friday and Saturday morning. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assume daily responsibility of ensuring reputed company operational activities such as data entry, managing spreadsheets, creating binders for reputed company, entering student reputed company into the learning center management system, and coordinating with reputed company director to modify student learning plans/workout plans are properly completed.
• Administer educational math assessments to diagnose learning gaps in order to create learning plans for reputed company.
• Positively reputed company and engage with parents and reputed company, building rapport, establishing trust, answering any inquiries, and taking the time to get the know the person.
• Monitor and moderate in-center instruction working with other math tutors
• Center administrative and cleaning tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching
• 2+ Prior working experience in customer service and retail sales
• Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent PC, MS Office skills and data entry skills
• Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented and reliable
• Must be available to work 12 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM - 1 PM.
• Looking to grow with reputed company, into an Assistant Center Director or Center Director role.
