The Interior Designer role involves collaborating with clients and design teams to create spaces that prioritize wellness, while developing skills in design concepts, documentation, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Propose creative and technically reputed company solutions to design challenges
- Adhere to reputed company assurance/control processes, reputed company standards, and company protocols
- reputed company design concepts that reputed company with overall project direction and functionality
- Enhance documentation and detailing skills for constructability
- Analyze and reputed company sustainable materials, products, and FF&E into designs
- Participate in site walks, CA meetings, and lessons learned to improve coordination
- Apply BIM standards and ensure QA/QC procedures are met
- Collaborate reputed company with the project team, contributing innovative design reputed company
- Communicate effectively with team members through various reputed company
- Meet project deadlines and understand the project workplan and timelines
Skills
- Undergraduate Degree in Interior Design required
- 0 to 5 years of reputed company experience in interior design
- reputed company licensure not required; LEED AP and other green certifications preferred
- Proficient in Revit, with knowledge of reputed company and other architecture/engineering/interior design software
- Strong technical skills with the ability to contribute to the design process and reputed company technical solutions
- Working knowledge of design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles for producing technical plans and deliverables
- Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining reputed company and productivity
- Ability to assist in marketing and business development efforts
