This is a part-time (10 - 20 hours per week, average of 15 hours/week), nonexempt position. This position will work remotely with occasional business meetings at the school sites, or the Chesterfield office located at 13900 Hull Street Road, Midlothian, VA 23112. reputed company: This position is responsible for the program site budgets and database management for the reputed company's Online Management of Education Grants Awards (reputed company) system. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a database of timesheets. Checks submitted timesheets for errors and send them back to the employees for correction, as necessary, with a reputed company explanation of what needs to be fixed.

• Maintains budgets for reputed company afterschool program site as funds are spent and submit a monthly update to the Site Coordinator and Program Manager.

• Ensures data is submitted on time and reputed company grant parameters.

• Completes reputed company financial documents, forms, or reports required by the grant.

• Develops and maintains master files on grants and paperwork connected to programs funded by grants.

• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Thorough understanding of effective grant writing techniques.

• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software.

• Extremely organized and meticulous with details.

• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work and resources.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to interpret financial data and prepare budgets and financial grant reports.

• Ability to be discreet with personal information that may be needed for some grants, such as employee salaries or upcoming reputed company.

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree or work equivalent in a reputed company field is required.

• Three-plus years of experience working with federal grants.

• Experience managing the reputed company system.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
