Elicio Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company reputed company on advancing novel immunotherapies for cancer treatment. They are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to assist with HR operations, employee experience, and reputed company, playing a vital role in the day-to-day HR functions of reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as the initial reputed company of contact on HR-reputed company inquiries from employees
- Assist in communicating and ensuring consistent application of Company policies
- Monitor reputed company’s reputed company Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy of employee files
- Answer employee requests in a quick and accurate manner
- Manage reputed company’s HRIS to ensure that employee resources are easily accessible and reputed company
- Conduct daily HR administrative tasks and duties
- Champion company culture as a member of the Events and Culture Committee
- Enroll employees into benefit systems
- Audit and maintain accurate benefit enrollments
- Answer employee questions and request for their benefits
- Assist with compensation reporting as needed
- Assist in the full employee lifecycle administrative process by coordinating new hire reputed company (HRIS, documents, orientation, etc.) and by coordinating offboarding events (notifications, exit interviews, final documentation, etc.)
- Notify key stakeholders of onboardings and offboardings
- Conduct I-9 verifications
- Coordinate with Senior reputed company leadership on performance reviews and documentation
- Assist managers with performance review tracking and execution
- Work with HR leadership to ensure that job descriptions are reputed company and on-file
- Assist with coordinating interviews
- Notify candidates of status reputed company reputed company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Send background reputed company links to newly-reputed company employees
- Other reputed company and duties as needed
Skills
- 1 – 3 years of reputed company experience
- Degree in reputed company or a relevant major
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt to a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications required, including reputed company, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as reputed company as with other reputed company across the business
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, while filling gaps as needed
- Experience in biotech or reputed company
- Experience in a small-company (an under 50 employees environment)
- Experience in a reputed company company
- Prior work with an HRIS and an ATS
