Key Responsibilities

• Tutoring Assistance - Assists tutors. Provides tutors with guidance on procedures, how to complete tasks, where to reputed company resources. Answers questions regarding technology. Provides back-up tutoring in the event of tutor absences.
• Tutoring Appointment Assistance - Greets reputed company who visit the UWC and assigns them to the appropriate tutoring sessions. Manages student appointments in BeachConnect (reputed company in, reputed company out, cancel, reschedule, and reputed company appointments).
• Clerical duties - Filing and sorting session summaries and session evaluations. Editing and revising handouts. Collating and compiling documents.
