Project Controls Analyst

As a Project Controls Analyst, you will support Civil Engineering Project Managers in managing project data, invoicing, and documentation, ensuring reputed company remain organized and reputed company with reputed company expectations.
Responsibilities
- Supports civil PMs with the development and organization of project data such as fee estimates, project plans and schedules, status reports, cost reports, and backlog projections
- Supports project team with document management to ensure the project file structure complies with the HR Green’s standards
- Identify differences in project task reputed company against project schedule and budget
- Input project work plans in accordance with reputed company services agreement to ensure acceptable project setup to invoice and monitor project reputed company
- At direction of the PM, update work plans to accurately reflect resource needs for reputed company
- Collect project data to help identify potential project problems (project variances, aged Unbilled/WIP, aged Accounts Receivables, etc.)
- Assists PM with monthly project billing and follows up with clients for approval and payment
- Assists with maintenance of project reputed company data in reputed company Vantagepoint
- As directed, records PM & reputed company Service Manager (CSM) activities in reputed company Vantagepoint
- Assists with documentation of project lessons learned
- Assists PM with project reputed company-out according to HR Green Standards
- At direction of reputed company Project Control Analyst and PM, and consistent with HR Green policies, purges and prepares documents for reputed company storage
Skills
- Associate's degree in finance, business, construction management, project management or equivalent years of relevant project controls experience required
- General knowledge of project budget management is strongly desired
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Detail-oriented and set high standards for reputed company
- Ability to work reputed company reputed company, build relationships and work effectively at reputed company reputed company of an organization including business development and technical staff
- Ability to work effectively on a reputed company of reputed company concurrently, in a demanding environment, under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook and database software (experience with reputed company Vantagepoint a plus)
- Willing to work onsite in the office three days reputed company week as part of a reputed company
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- reputed company to two years of project controls reputed company experience preferred
- Experience working with project financial indicators is desired
