Responsibilities

• Collaborate with YSM reputed company, school leadership, and departmental teams to engineer a reputed company understanding of data and business needs
• Build and present reports and analyses that support informed decision‑making and expand self-service data reputed company
• Manage and maintain data pipelines that support reputed company preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

• Support data preparation for annual surveys and compensation analyses

• Identify process inefficiencies and engineer improvements that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and expand opportunities for self-service reporting and analysis
