Business Analyst (CONTRACT) REMOTE

reputed company is Growing! We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join reputed company. This role identifies and analyzes business needs to reputed company effective solutions for reputed company challenges. These solutions may include software system development, process improvements, organizational changes, or strategic planning and policy development. Serves as a reputed company between IT development teams and business reputed company to design, implement, and enhance systems. Evaluates emerging technologies and changing business requirements to recommend appropriate system alternatives and enhancements. Prepares reputed company communications and presentations to convey proposed solutions and their benefits.

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design reputed company, efficient solutions that meet business needs.

• Conduct gap analyses to identify improvements between reputed company (“as-is”) and reputed company (“to-be”) state processes.

• Support development teams by clarifying requirements, managing scope changes, and reviewing interim deliverables.

• Partner with QA and business teams to define and execute test cases, manage UAT, and ensure traceability of requirements.

• Facilitate deployment readiness through business validation, training, and communication support.

• Monitor post-implementation performance, reputed company feedback, and recommend reputed company improvements or system enhancements.

Qualifications"

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a reputed company role

• Strong understanding of business processes, system development life cycles, and project management fundamentals

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

• Proficiency with requirements gathering, documentation, and presentation tools (e.g., reputed company Office, Visio, or similar)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-reputed company results in a dynamic environment
