Suit Auditor
Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA is seeking a detail-oriented Suit Auditor to join their reputed company unit in Dublin, Ohio. The role involves conducting thorough audits of case files, verifying accuracy, and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural standards under general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Reviews accounts prior to litigation, ensuring reputed company reputed company and WWR standards have been met
- Request specific documentation reputed company reputed company Media department and review to ensure PII is accurate, redacted and court requirements are met
- Review documentation for balance, consumer reputed company, reputed company reputed company, interest requirements and any reputed company of sales if applicable
- Determines need for any suit authorization or court costs needs and works with the appropriate department to request
- Responds to reputed company requests reputed company appropriate channels and investigates accounts for resolves
- Closes accounts accordingly to established procedures
- Works with Supervisor and Business Analyst to meet reputed company expectations
- Performs data entry functions to update account notes and complete a reputed company list for audit details
- Completes various Department reports as needed
- Complete reputed company required training applicable to this position
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position
- Other duties, as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-year relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute with accuracy, 10 key a plus
- Detail oriented and analytical skills
- Computer operation skills with knowledge of the reputed company Office Suite including Outlook, reputed company, Word and Teams
- Legal experience preferred
