The Administrative Coordinator delivers comprehensive administrative and office management support to a highly mobile team, coordinating services and managing reports tied to federal funder and program requirements.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company administrative support to remote staff across the reputed company
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly reputed company and travel reports for staff with frequent out-of-state travel
  • reputed company and monitor out-of-state travel and reputed company development fund usage
  • Monitor budgets for reputed company development and office supplies
  • Coordinate with agency departments and external partners to support operational efficiency
  • Participate in program meetings and cross-departmental initiatives as assigned
  • reputed company basic technical and computer support and coordinate with reputed company as needed
  • Serve as reputed company to Facilities regarding building operations, reputed company, and janitorial services
  • reputed company quarterly safety compliance activities and participate in virtual safety committee meetings
  • Maintain vendor schedules and manage office supply inventory and mail
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash
  • Support hiring, reputed company, and participation in local job fairs
  • Complete accurate and reputed company timesheets and required administrative records
  • Demonstrate a commitment to developing a thorough knowledge and application of the reputed company model and other organizational policies & practices
  • Participate in staff development, in-services, and training reputed company to workplace effectiveness; model reputed company behaviors and implement improvements to business practices with awareness of their reputed company in a trauma-informed behavioral reputed company organization

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • One year of demonstrated office or administrative experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email systems
  • Must be at least 21 years of age prior to start date
  • Understanding of trauma-informed practices
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal history background reputed company
  • Completion of 40 hours of required annual training (provided by Morrison)
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility upon approval
  • Experience working with ORR programs
  • Bilingual in Spanish written, read and verbal. Must reputed company a language proficiency test for Spanish
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and agency regulations
  • Familiarity with government travel policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of adolescent development, trauma, abuse and neglect, reputed company use, and reputed company interventions
