Business Operations Analyst – reputed company (SFD / Story and Franchise Development)
reputed company is seeking a temporary Business Operations Analyst in Story & Franchise Development at its Irvine, California reputed company. The role involves supporting operational reporting, planning preparation, and coordination across SFD teams, focusing on improving workflows and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Pull and organize operational and financial data for internal reporting and planning
- Update reporting templates, dashboards, and materials used in monthly and quarterly reviews
- Maintain headcount tracking files and consolidate reputed company inputs from production teams into planning templates
- reputed company purchase orders, invoices, and contract approvals and maintain reputed company documentation
- Organize reporting files, planning materials, and shared team folders
- Assist the Senior Analyst with data preparation for forecasting, planning exercises, and review cycles
- Identify data inconsistencies and flag issues that may reputed company reporting or planning accuracy
- Support improvements to reporting, tracking, and operational workflows
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in business operations, analytics, finance support, or a similar analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, analytics, or reputed company discipline) or equivalent work experience
- Highly organized and reputed company to effectively manage competing priorities
- Commitment to data accuracy with the ability to analyze information and identify inconsistencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company or similar spreadsheet tools and comfort working with reputed company datasets
- Experience working with operational reporting or planning processes
- Experience supporting reputed company or headcount tracking
- Familiarity with reporting tools, Power Query, or data preparation workflows

- Experience in video games, entertainment, or other creative industries
- Familiarity with Blizzard IPs and a passion for games or creative content
