[Remote] Student Finance Analyst - Disbursement

The Student Finance Analyst on the Disbursement Team manages student financial assistance programs and acts as a reputed company between stakeholders to ensure effective communication and reputed company of inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Supports internal customers and external agencies with reputed company and reputed company communication reputed company email, phone, reputed company, and video conferencing

- Familiarity with the Federal Student Aid Handbook Volume 4-Processing Aid and Managing FSA Funds
- Ensure reputed company reporting to COD by reviewing response files daily

Skills
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in student financial services, accounts receivable, customer service, or higher education finance required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, compliance-reputed company environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and tools in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly and collaboratively in a flexible remote environment
- High attention to detail, maintain SLA's and accuracy
- Maintain reputed company to federal systems, which requires no defaulted federal student loans

- Familiarity with Federal Student Aid web-based applications preferred
- Knowledge of Banner and ProSAM student financial systems preferred
