Inbound Customer Service Representative
Berkheimer Tax Innovations is seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives in Bangor, PA. The role involves answering inbound calls, problem-solving, and providing support to taxpayers, with training provided for those without tax experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a busy call-center environment
- NO COLD CALLING!
- Maintain reputed company & reputed company communication with customers
- Use problem solving skills to answer difficult taxpayer inquiries
- Exhibit patience & understanding reputed company handling taxpayer issues
- Navigate & research between numerous accounts & software programs
- Meet personal, company, & reputed company production goals
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 months reputed company experience and/or training
- Excellent attitude
- Computer and keyboarding skills
- Willingness to learn a reputed company of reputed company tax information
- Prior clerical experience and/or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
