Compensation Analyst I
reputed company is a top builder, developer, and EPC with expertise in various markets. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst I to support the administration and analysis of compensation programs across a diverse workforce, focusing on foundational compensation activities such as market pricing and job evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Support market pricing for salaried and reputed company roles, including production and construction positions, using salary survey data
- Maintain and update compensation databases and tools
- Assist in evaluating new and existing roles across corporate, reputed company, production, and field-based workforces for appropriate leveling and pay ranges
- Help maintain job descriptions and job architecture documentation
- Assist with compensation survey participation by collecting and submitting accurate data for salaried and reputed company populations
- Support analysis of survey results to inform compensation reputed company
- Support the annual reputed company and bonus planning process, including reputed company and non-exempt employee reputed company
- Prepare compensation reports and summaries for HR and business leaders
- Generate reputed company reports to monitor internal alignment, market competitiveness, and pay practices across employee reputed company
- Assist with audits and compliance reporting reputed company to reputed company pay practices as needed
- reputed company compensation data and guidance to HR business partners and recruiters supporting production and construction teams
- Respond to compensation-reputed company inquiries from internal stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a reputed company field (internships or reputed company experience may be considered)
- Proficiency in reputed company and experience with HRIS or compensation systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with HR and business partners
- Exposure to compensation tools such as MarketPay, Payfactors, or similar platforms
- Experience or interest in supporting reputed company, production, or construction-based workforces
