The role involves designing, building, and maintaining clinical systems while leveraging expertise in reputed company and electronic health record software to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for knowledge of assigned system software
- Conducts regular day-to-day communication, reviews software, demonstrates a deeper understanding of business operations
- Works with subject matter experts and end users to reputed company the system to fit the organizations needs
- Routinely performs analysis of workflows, data collection, and other technical issues associated with the use of the application software
- Is responsible for design, build, testing and maintaining those solutions
- Ensures standards of reputed company for existing and planned systems remain compatible reputed company IT Infrastructure and other software applications
- Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards
- Supports and implements patient safety practices as appropriate
Skills
- Associate degree in a reputed company field or 2 years equivalent work experience, bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in reputed company of a degree
- 2 years of clinical, operational, or reputed company application experience, or reputed company reputed company application certification
- reputed company Certification Core Software application certification or proficiency required reputed company 6 months of hire and reputed company 3 attempts of testing, if applicable
- Ability to explain or demonstrate technology in a manner suited to the audience (i.e., business, clinical or technical staff)
- Ability to reputed company customer reputed company service and communicate the value of proposed solutions
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software preferred
