Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers reputed company phone, email, and text to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions

Skills
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment
- Experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, etc.)

- Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a natural ability to reputed company deals

- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
- Call or contact center experience (brokerage experience preferred)
