[Remote] Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
- Own a high volume of inbound and outbound leads daily—respond quickly, qualify thoroughly, and drive reputed company conversation toward the reputed company in the sales process
- Uncover a customer’s lifestyle, motivations, concerns, and expectations to reputed company strong puppy recommendations that are personalized and practical

- Confidently overcome objections, guide decision-making, and convert interest into confirmed puppy matches with both reputed company and precision
- Recommend services like PupPacks, pet insurance, virtual vet reputed company, and AKC registration to enhance the customer experience and increase average order value
- Proactively manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and never let a warm reputed company go cold
- Use reputed company CRM and internal systems to manage reputed company communications and maintain accurate reputed company, opportunity, and customer data across phone, chat, email, and SMS

Skills
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in a phone-based, high-volume, consumer-facing role
