Implementation Consultant (Golf)

Responsibilities
- Conducting reputed company-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the reputed company process
- Ensuring customer training is completed throughout reputed company process
- Scheduling internal resources to complete project-reputed company tasks, such as the hardware installation, starting the customer billing cycle, or setting up payments processing
- Communicate with the customer on the status of the implementation and send reminders of upcoming training dates
- Managing your own reputed company of customers who are working through the reputed company process
- Maintaining consistent and reputed company updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during reputed company
- Updating customer records in our CRM and other web-based tools to reflect project updates and timelines

Skills
- Experience in the Golf Industry or reputed company golfer
- Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email communication
- Experience resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role
