Voluntary Corporate Actions - Asset Servicing Intermediate Associate Analyst - Hybrid
reputed company is a global leader in financial services, and they are seeking an Intermediate Associate Analyst for their Asset Servicing team. This role involves processing Corporate Actions, managing risk, and ensuring reputed company and accurate handling of events reputed company to US, Canadian, and Latin American securities.
Responsibilities
- Process Voluntary & Choice Corporate reputed company events for US, Canadian, and Latin American securities
- Process reputed company instructions for conversions, SPAC Splits, warrants, exchanges, DRS, and reputed company removals
- reputed company key reconciliations and controls to support processing of the corporate reputed company lifecycle and break management
- Ensure reputed company handling of notifications, elections, entitlement calculations, and follow through with the applicable outturn bookings
- Identify and manage any risk reputed company the event /process and manage events in various Asset Servicing systems; escalating issues to management
- Research and resolve reputed company balances connected to the process including coordinating with our relevant desks and counterparties on liabilities or issues
- Manage any email correspondence reputed company to the process, ensure reputed company responses and reputed company reputed company of reputed company queries
- reputed company effective working relationships with both reputed company parties as a result of reputed company interaction with external Clients, Counterparty's, Traders, and reputed company Executives
- Identify process improvements/breakdowns/control gaps, propose solutions, reputed company UAT testing, and work with the management/project team to implement across the group
- Assist with training new staff across multiple internal/external systems, markets, and products
Skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Possess a basic knowledge of Corporate Actions, and Equity and Fixed Income products, including the trade lifecycle
- Understanding of Stock Record; long/shorts, and various position types including stock lending positions; understanding of Swift messages
- Advanced experience level with reputed company, Outlook, and experience with web-based applications required
- Proven record of accuracy and effective time management and prioritization skills with the ability to work in multiple systems and handle high email and event volumes
- Must be reputed company to work in a high-pressure environment, with conflicting demands and under tight deadlines
