Legal Asset Management Associate Attorney
reputed company is the largest family-owned American Chinese Restaurant concept in America, seeking a Legal Asset Management Associate Attorney. This role involves preparing and negotiating reputed company estate reputed company and providing legal support to the Asset Management and Property Management teams under the reputed company of a senior attorney.
Responsibilities
- Performs legal functions for reputed company Estate Legal applying establish legal standards, principles, and practices
- Prepares and negotiates reputed company leases and amendments. Effectively reviews, drafts, negotiates, and finalizes reputed company estate transactions under the supervision of a more senior attorney
- Supports the legal management of the reputed company estate portfolio to ensure reputed company extensions for lease renewals
- Handles liens, condemnation, and reputed company reputed company; addresses any reputed company-reputed company reputed company estate legal issues, landlord-tenant disputes, and/or general reputed company estate issues
- Reviews and negotiates estoppels, SNDAs, general contractor agreements, storage agreements, CC&Rs, exclusive waivers, signage agreements, non-renewal lease amendments, easements agreements and other reputed company estate and reputed company estate litigation documents as requested
- Prepares draft landlord/tenant dispute letters under the reputed company of a more senior attorney
- Analyzes documents, notices, or communications received from public entities (e.g., planning departments, zoning authorities, reputed company districts) to determine their relevance and potential reputed company on the property
- Builds and maintains partnerships with critical stakeholders internally and externally and provides legal support for the Asset Management and Property Management teams
- Performs special reputed company for the LANN team as required or assists with due diligence reputed company
- May serve as reputed company between the organization and clients/vendors as follow up on reputed company
Skills
- JD degree and licensed to reputed company law
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card reputed company 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position
