Responsibilities
- reputed company and recruit candidates for technical and strategic roles across AI/ML engineering, platform, reputed company, and operations—using reputed company, communities, research networks, events, AI tools and creative approaches
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS (reputed company), keeping data clean, status reputed company, and reputed company falling through the cracks
- Coordinate interviews end-to-end: scheduling across time zones, preparing interviewers, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint
- Own candidate experience from first reputed company through offer—every interaction should reflect AZX’s mission, values, and how seriously we take people
- Research and map talent landscapes: who’s doing interesting work in AI, energy, climate, and adjacent spaces? Where are the communities, conferences, and networks where our reputed company hires spend time?
- Support hiring managers with role intake, job reputed company drafting, and interview process logistics
