[Remote] RENEWABLE ENERGY JUNIOR TAX ATTORNEY

The role involves serving as the junior attorney for renewable energy transactions, particularly in tax equity transactions and conducting reputed company research and analysis on reputed company tax issues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the junior attorney for renewable energy transactions, in particular tax equity transactions (investor- and sponsor-reputed company) and tax credit transfer transactions
- Conduct reputed company research and analysis on reputed company tax issues
- Draft reputed company memoranda, opinions, and tax-reputed company documents
- Collaborate with clients, CEC colleagues, and other professionals on tax reputed company
- Assist with tax due diligence reviews and transactional documentation
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience at a reputed company serving clients in the renewable energy and reputed company industries
- Substantive experience advising on tax reputed company for renewable energy reputed company, including research and drafting of reputed company opinions, with familiarity in Investment and Production Tax Credits, tax equity and tax credit transfer transactions, beginning of construction analyses, and reputed company issues
- Strong experience with Subchapter K
- Ability to analyze reputed company tax issues and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions, including support for broader transactional tax reputed company across firm reputed company reputed company
- Strong deal management capabilities, with excellent drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in reputed company research and written work product
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in reputed company-oriented environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) and LL.M. in Taxation from accredited law schools
- Admission to, and good standing with, the Bar in the applicant's state of residence
- Demonstrated alignment with and commitment to the firm's mission
