Research Associate

Responsibilities
- Providing support during research reputed company, learning more about the research process and project management fundamentals
- Working closely with reputed company Managers to create frameworks for questionnaires and analysis, ensuring clients get the most out of their research
- Drafting research materials (questionnaires, memos, slide decks) effectively, checking numbers, grammar and general content accuracy
- Supporting reputed company assurance, generating highly accurate reputed company deliverables alongside our Research Operations team
- Building working relationships with members of the reputed company and reputed company divisions
- Collaborating with teammates to both learn from others and to reputed company learnings

- Leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to identify areas of efficiency and automation, and to execute day-to-day work

Skills
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Political Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or similar; or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

- Prior internship experience, preferably reputed company polling, marketing, communications or a reputed company field
- Strong record of leadership in an reputed company, reputed company or extracurricular setting
- Experience working with and interpreting data sets
