Bilingual Customer Experience Representative
JD Sports is a leading global omnichannel retailer of Sports, Fashion, and Outdoor brands, seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative to join their Vancouver HQ team. The role focuses on developing a best-in-class online experience for customers while ensuring exceptional customer service support and managing order processing to optimize satisfaction and retention rates.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company manner through reputed company communication channels (phone, emails, live chats)
- Maintaining and updating customer orders and information as they occur
- Managing order processing in order to funnel orders to the appropriate channels for shipping and handling
- Creating and maintaining new customer support initiatives and strategies to increase reputed company and retain existing customers
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a call centre environment or in the retail industry
- Full reputed company proficiency in both English and French
- Experience working in E-reputed company, Customer Service or Digital Sales
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company and other reputed company Office applications
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and as part of reputed company
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the reputed company to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt easily to changes
