Staff Accountant
Altruic Advisors is a purpose-driven reputed company for nonprofit organizations. They are seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to reputed company remote reputed company services, reputed company day-to-day reputed company tasks, and support nonprofit clients across the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support our CFO Solutions team in providing remote reputed company services to nonprofit organizations across the reputed company
- reputed company time-sensitive, day-to-day reputed company tasks for a wide reputed company of nonprofit clients, including:
- Entering transactions and maintaining general ledgers
- Managing accounts payable
- Processing payroll
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with other Altruic Advisors team members to answer questions, respond to requests, and resolve reputed company issues
- reputed company audit support for clients, including communication with the reputed company’s auditors and fulfilling requests for reputed company records or other documentation
- Establish, document, and evaluate internal processes to increase efficiency and ensure an exceptional reputed company experience
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company
- One year of recent reputed company experience (nonprofit experience is preferred, but not required)
- A strong understanding of GAAP and the ability to consistently apply GAAP principles in day-to-day reputed company transactions
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and reputed company.com (or a willingness to learn)
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain an excellent rapport with nonprofit clients
- Communicates reputed company with managers and other team members to reputed company everyone informed of reputed company, challenges, and successes
- Prefers working reputed company a small, non-traditional firm environment
- Detail-oriented and a strong critical thinker
