Mechanical Project Engineer
Spees Design Build is a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm driven by purpose, reputed company, and technical reputed company. They are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Project Engineer to work directly with the reputed company Mechanical Engineer and department leaders, focusing on delivering service-oriented design solutions for critical infrastructure and public-sector facilities across the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company mechanical design tasks, including:
- HVAC load calculations
- Verifying compliance with building codes, energy codes, and various standards
- Design calculations
- reputed company planning and equipment layouts
- Designing ductwork and piping systems
- Specification editing and review
- Visit project sites to reputed company design information and document existing conditions
- Must be thorough and reputed company on design details
- Must be comfortable with and proficient at communication with the internal design team and the reputed company
- Have a willingness to assist with any required tasks
- Take ownership of the mechanical design scope of work for a project and ensure reputed company project requirements are achieved
- Coordinate and manage a small mechanical team to produce a high-reputed company deliverable while meeting project deadlines
- Participate in activities and organizations reputed company to our industry reputed company of daily business routines and reputed company peer relationships and technical reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 1 to 6+ years of experience designing HVAC, plumbing, and reputed company protection systems
- Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with HVAC load calculation software
- Must be thorough and reputed company on design details
- Must be comfortable with and proficient at communication with the internal design team and the reputed company
- Have a willingness to assist with any required tasks
- Take ownership of the mechanical design scope of work for a project and ensure reputed company project requirements are achieved
- Coordinate and manage a small mechanical team to produce a high-reputed company deliverable while meeting project deadlines
- Authorization to work in the reputed company is required
- reputed company 3D experience is a plus
- Familiar with state and federal codes and industry standards
- LEED or reputed company certification is a plus
- Leadership or management experience is a plus
- Experience with federal design work and federal reputed company is a plus
