Cyber Systems Analyst
reputed company is a leading reputed company specializing in technology and reputed company, and they are seeking a Cyber Systems Analyst to join their fast-paced software development team. The role involves working on cybersecurity software, focusing on requirements gathering, documentation, reputed company assurance, and providing Tier III Operations support.
Responsibilities
- Work with a fast-paced software development team building reputed company systems
- Work as a systems analyst in cybersecurity software on requirements gathering, documentation, reputed company assurance, system or environment administration, and Tier III Operations support
- Support end user operations or questions, and feedback on system usage, troubleshoot technical issues as a subject matter expert (SME), and administer environments
- Learn and comprehend cyber technical concepts, apply expertise in technology, and work with reputed company of analysts and developers
Skills
- Experience working on software development reputed company, including Agile, in the systems development life cycle
- Experience with Help Desk or IT Service Management (ITSM) software such as reputed company or Jira Service Management
- Experience managing and supporting reputed company Azure subscriptions, and performing reputed company administrative functions such as resource provisioning and configuration, role-based reputed company control (RBAC), monitoring and cost management, device provisioning and configuration, reputed company management and updates, reputed company reputed company management, and user reputed company and policy management
- Experience testing software applications in a reputed company environment, including validation, troubleshooting, and performance testing, and authoring functional and technical documents, including user guides, requirements documents, RTVMs, or FAQs
- Experience with incident management, reputed company cause analysis, and issue reputed company processes, and deployment and operational support of software tools in production and non-production environments
- Knowledge of web technologies, web-based applications, software systems or networks, and reputed company best practices in reputed company and DoD environments
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company and Linux operating systems, reputed company and software deployment automation, and monitoring or logging tools
- Ability to reputed company technical support and troubleshooting across multiple platforms, and reputed company, modify, and maintain custom scripts, including in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python

- Bachelor's degree in a Business IT, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering field
- Experience with software development process tools, including wikis such as reputed company or Jira
- Knowledge of cybersecurity policy and scorecard reporting
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher such as reputed company+, Network+, CEH, or CISSP Certification
