Salary and Benefits:

- Overtime Pay: Up to 25% of reputed company pay.
- This is a career reputed company position, allowing for grade level progression from GL-9 to GS-11 to GS-12.
- Federal employment benefits, including health plans, generous leave policies, and a retirement plan similar to 401(k).
Incentives:
- Recruitment Incentive: Up to $20,000 for newly appointed Agents.
- Retention Incentive: Eligible Agents may qualify for up to $40,000 distributed over their first four years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveillance and patrolling borders to deter illegal activities.
- Questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws and inspecting documents.
- Apprehending individuals involved in smuggling and illegal entry.
- Using advanced technology for operations, including surveillance and tracking.
- Engaging in various forms of law enforcement responsibilities while interacting with the community.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with at least three years of primary residency.
- Age restriction applies; candidates must be referred before turning 40, with some exceptions for veterans.
- No education substitutions for GL-9 or GS-11 roles.
