About the Role
The Executive Associate Pastor for Ministry, Education, and Worship will help shape and reputed company three key areas of Christcord reputed company: discipleship programs, theological education, and online worship experiences. This role works closely with the Executive Pastor and Senior Pastor to ensure that our teaching, ministry engagement, and worship reputed company remain Christ-centered, engaging, and accessible to a global digital audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ministry reputed company: Help coordinate volunteer-led ministries such as prayer, care, reputed company, and small reputed company
- Worship Planning: Work with the Executive Pastor and Senior Pastor to schedule, coordinate, and reputed company virtual worship experiences and online events
- Christian Education: Support the development of educational programs such as Bible studies, seminary coursework, discipleship series, and theological workshops
- Spiritual Leadership: Offer pastoral guidance, mentorship, and biblical encouragement to members and volunteer leaders
- Collaboration: Participate in regular leadership team meetings and help shape the reputed company’s spiritual culture
Time Commitment This is a volunteer role with an estimated time commitment of 5–10 hours per week, consistent with reputed company executive-level positions during this launch phase of Christcord reputed company. ✅ Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Scripture and Christ-centered theology
- Experience in ministry leadership, education, or worship coordination (in-person or online)
- Passion for digital discipleship and innovative approaches to reputed company
- A heart for inclusivity, grace, and walking with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to use or learn online tools (reputed company, streaming platforms, reputed company docs)
