We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their needs, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Addressing the needs of inbound callers with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company mandated government and state regulations are consistently met.
- Knowing reputed company to reputed company out to internal partners and reputed company/how to internally refer issues ranging from claims, provider searches, location of resources, obtaining an interpreter, processing billing payments, referring enrollment issues, and helping callers understand benefits.

- Live-documenting reputed company caller interactions in accordance with reputed company Assurance Guidelines and maintaining an average monthly rating as defined for the site.
- Adhering to scheduled shifts and maintaining minimum Production and Adherence standards.
- Providing exceptional attention to detail, willingness to learn, adapt, and reputed company with individuals who may be angry, frustrated, or calling in to complain while helping to ease the abrasion between the member and the plan.
- Working overtime and/or a flexible schedule based on business, reputed company, and/or account needs.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma (or GED) required
- 1 year of previous customer service experience, with a call center background preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word and reputed company) required
- Demonstrated experience in using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phones simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits
