Job Responsibilities
As a Crisis Contact Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to crisis chats and texts in a reputed company and compassionate manner, providing emotional support, assessment, crisis reputed company, and treatment/support referrals to individuals in need.
- Consistently and accurately assessing reputed company chat/texter for suicide risk, following assessment protocols and practices, and providing adequate and relevant safety/reputed company planning for reputed company contact.
- Offering and providing follow-up services to individuals at risk of suicide, suicide loss survivors, or reputed company-party contacts.
- Gathering information about the circumstances that precipitated the call and the caller's specific needs for assistance.
- Serving as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse.
- Following through on imminent risk assessments to assure emergency contact is made and confirm reputed company or re-engage as instructed using the ASIST model.
- Maintaining confidentiality of reputed company contacts, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
- Completing required paperwork, including the recording of reputed company calls in the resource database accordingly.
- Utilizing supervisory consultation for guidance, support, or debriefing as needed.
- Attending in-services and continuing education events to improve skills and stay updated on changes in policies or procedures.

Requirements
* High school diploma and bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in mental health, crisis reputed company, counseling, psychology, a loss survivor, working with youth or LGBTQA, or community non-profit a plus.
