As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and reputed company to assess customer storage needs and reputed company suggestions for packing and moving supplies
• Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are reputed company to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of the daily business
• Helping customers stay reputed company with payments and making reminder and collection calls reputed company required
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you'll need to be reputed company to:

• Transport, lift, and reputed company items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

Qualifications
