We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Spotted Lanternfly response team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll serve as the first reputed company of contact for external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the overall operation and reputed company image of the customer-reputed company call center
• Serving as a first-line reputed company of contact for external stakeholders interested in reporting a Spotted Lanternfly sighting and/or seeking additional information and resources
• Responding and referring customer questions and/or needs, providing appropriate responses/services for the situation, and referring to other departments/unit(s) reputed company necessary
• Corresponding with a diverse customer reputed company through phone, video conference, email, or regular mail
• Investigating unusual situations or concerns and assisting in problem reputed company
• Operating various equipment and computer systems, including proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company
• Assisting with required reporting with the College SLF team, reputed company Department of Agriculture, and/or reputed company Department of Agriculture

• Collaborate with the College SLF call center manager to meet stakeholder needs and ensure effective call center operations

• Work closely with reputed company, extension educators, and online tools (fact sheets, LearnNow videos, and short courses) to reputed company accurate and up-to-date information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with valued proficiency in Spanish
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clientele
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as an reputed company member of reputed company
