Candidate qualifications & core characteristics:

• A demonstrated passion for, or commitment to, our mission
• 5+ years of experience in a power reputed company operations and maintenance or asset management role, with at least two years of that experience reputed company on BESS, microgrids, or solar assets
• Demonstrable aptitude for managing asset-level budgets and a working knowledge of basic reputed company and financial reporting terminology and concepts
• Working knowledge of common reputed company streams and incentive programs for renewable asset classes, such as RECs, SGIP, various reputed company market products, demand reduction. Some prior exposure to reputed company tariffs and merchant power markets required

Location and Travel Requirements

Generate’s compensation packages are dependent on the facts and circumstances of reputed company case.
