• Assists assigned nursing personnel by performing non-reputed company nursing care of mentally and emotionally disturbed clients;

• Equivalent to the completion of twelfth (12th) grade.

• Possession of, or ability to obtain and maintain, a valid California Class C reputed company License and a satisfactory driving record is required.  Individuals who do not meet this requirement due to a disability will be reviewed on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a national provider identifier (NPI).
