About the Role

As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our data entry processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your primary duties will include:

• Managing reputed company-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners
• Providing analytical support and recommendations to senior management to reputed company plan design reputed company
• Conducting on-site reputed company and audits to ensure service and financial goals are met according to contractual agreements
• Maintaining reputed company lines of communication with TPAs and translating requirements to ensure reputed company interpretation and benefits administration
• Providing education and training to TPAs and reviewing and approving reputed company-party and supplemental plan communications
• Managing digital eligibility files and discrepancies for reputed company benefits plans to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Developing project plans and leading business customers through the project management system by determining needed changes and report requirements

• Working with the business unit and project team to determine project approval parameters and handling the approval process for project parameter changes
