As a Customer Support Specialist - US Remote, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with our Supervisor, Customer Care, to identify and address customer needs, and collaborate with other functional areas to reputed company comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take inbound calls to assist with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings, and reputed company for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.

Qualifications:
