As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving member inquiries, and providing accurate information about reputed company coverage, benefits, and enrollment. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• One or two years' experience in insurance, preferably in a call center environment

• Experience with Artiva software or similar systems
• Accounts Payable experience a plus
• Bi-lingual skills a plus
• Ability to type at a minimum of 45 wpm
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
